Tahini Caesar Dressing

A healthier version of traditional caesar dressing. This creamy, nutty dressing is a staple if you enjoy Mediterranean flavors or just want an alternative to caesar dressing. You can also eliminate the parmesan cheese for a vegan option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 large lemon, juiced about 5 tablespoons
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 -5 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • kosher salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small glass bowl and whisk to combine.
